Electric motor question?

My dad picked up an ezgo motor that has the diffrent placed studs and more teeth on the output shaft, does anyone know the year when they switched to the newer style shaft?

looks very similar to this motor but mines blue.Im thinking about selling it so i can rebuild my old ezgo motor.Need to know what it fits.

count the splines on the shaft. 19 is ezgo. Or just go to the electric motor CO advertised on the home page here and start matching it up.
