K...i Hope The Pics Post, But Here Is The Logistics Of My Freshly Ac From Dc Converted Ezgo Shuttle. My Expectations Have Been Surpassed In All Areas.
Here We Go: 2003 Ezgo Factory Shuttle Custom Pearl Paint With Flames 4" Factory Lift 22 Carlisle All Trail Tires Ac Converted Electrical System 2 Gauge Battery Cables 6-8 Volt Deka Batteries (not Enough Room For 8-6 Volts) Street Speed 34 Mph (programmable Up To About 45mph) Golf Mode 15 Mph (programmable) 24 Mph Up Hills 650 Amp Curtis Programmable Controller 18 Hp Ac Motor 48 Volt Factory 12 Volt Converter For Accessories Trailer Hitch Regen Breaking Am/fm/cd/ipod Kenwood Removable Stereo Lockable Glove Boxes Collapsible Roof (to Fit In Enclosed Trailer) I Am Extremely Pleased With This Ac Conversion And The Workmanship Has Exceeded My Expectations. Very nice ride! Did you install/build the car and AC converstion ? Did you install a voltage reducer for you 12 volt stuff ?

I Bought The Cart About 6 Months Ago Essentially As You See It. I Always Wanted More Torque And Speed. With Dc You Can Have One, But Not The Other...with Ac You Get It All...it Was An Easy Decision. I Converted It To Ac And Changed The Tires. You Will Notice That The Hubs Are 5 Lug And Not 4 Lug...not A Lot Of Latitude For Changes. I Had A Professional Shop That Has Been Doing The Ac Conversions For About 3 Years Do The Conversion. To My Knowledge And The Shops Knowledge, There Are No Shuttle Ac Conversions By The Ac Supplier.
