Default body off paint project 2000 ezgo

ok here we go! im starting a thread of my little beautifying process! this is my first cart ever! its a 2000 ezgo txt! i got it about a month ago! its an everyday golfers cart! thats all i do with it is golf at my local coutry club! i used it for about a week and enjoyes it a little before i took on the task of painting it and refacing this beauty! besides giving her a new look i want to replace the current stock controller with an alltrax 400amp which hopefully will follow the paint! the body had a bunch of scratches and dings from kids that the guy had that i bought the cart off of! they are hard to see in the before pictuures but there were many of there! the cart was beat up pretty good! anyhow here are just a few pics to get you started! the cart is currently in between primer coats and the final coat paint is arriving friday so i should be done by early next week the latest i hope! im hoping im done by monday but well see the speed bumps i encure along the way!!!

i completley disassembled the cart and while i have it appart i am going to clean the entire frame up as well and give her some paint and freshen her up!!
anyhoot here we go! WARNING...... this is nothing compared to the awesome carts and projects you guys have going on in other threads! LOL this is just me trying to paint my cart! im a begginner and i have never donw this before.... you have been warmed lol

i hope to do many things to this cart in the future as money rolls in and slowly upgrade her to a fine tooled machine!!!!

the first pictures of the complete cart is the cart as i bought it! all white

Paint will not stick to the top it will come off you can buy a black top from ezgo for around 100.00.

i used the rattle can adhesion promotor but im spray gunning the paint on! i did about 8 really light coats with the rattle cants to be sure i didnt get clumpy or anything so it took lots of time and lots of patients but it came out really nice! nice and smooth!
