New battteries today but will not charge
I put new batterries and cables on my 04 EZGO today. I plugged my charger in and it will not come on. The pack voltage is 37.88. What do I do now?

Well, did the charger work on the old batteries? If so you may have missed connecting the charge wires? Test the charger receptacle on the cart for the same 37.? Yes? NO? ....volts if no then there is your problem...... congrats on the batts

The charger worked fine on my old batteries. I took the plug apart and checked the voltage there too. I want to follow your break-in procedure.

I went to double check my connections today when I got home from work and the charger was charging. It must have been a bad connection that made contact through the night or today. I guess I will let it finish charging and see what it does tommorrow evening when I get off work. I will let you know what happens.

Okay so ....... the cart has how many volts? and the charger plug has how many volts? Sounds like the charger was working? ........what's happening now?
