What the voltage should be is an advanced question that only the controller designer would know. EZ-GO is typically 0-5k ohms when nothing is connected to the pot wires but an ohmmeter.

An ITS throttle assembly is not a potentiometer type throttle. If I remember correctly the voltage on an ITS type throttle runs from 1-5 vdc. 1 being no throttle 5 being wide open. Don't quote me on that because its been a while. If I get a chance tommorow I will check the voltage on Muaythia's cart at no throttle and wide open.

Roady, I did not know if PDS used an inductive throttle or not. Sorry kirkroediger.
