ezgo charger question
does the power from the cart dc plug supply voltage to entergize the relay on control board ?

If you are talking about the charger's control board, yes. There is a safety feature that will not let the charger kick in if the battery voltage is too low. This prevents damage to the charger and batteries if the cart has been neglected from no battery maintenance. Sometimes the control board can go bad and need replacement. Search the forums here and you will find others who've had the problem and the solutions too!
