A bad battery. There could be any of a number of problems. Have you tested your batteries?

Thanks for the reply Scottyb, bad battery was what i thought also, i checked all batteries with multimeter, hydrometer, and load tester, they all showed good, i''ve been having charger problems and just purchased a used charger last month, yesterday i took the board out of my old charger and swapped it out with my new to me charger, plugged it up and 4 hours later
it cut off, so i hope this solved this issue, thanks again.

That's great but, don't be content just cause it shut off? What was the pack reading 30 minutes after the charger turned off?

The black plastic board in the bottom of the charger will go bad on those chargers fairly quick if left to the weather. The condisate will kill it fast since it's in the bottom of the charger. I have fixed a bunch of them. You can jump the two black wires to make it run again but it want turn off.

This post was awesome. Thanks a lot. I had a problem with my charger being dead and I see they run about $250 on ebay, so I opened it up and saw the cables and jumped them. Works fine. The pics really made it easy to follow. Thanks
