Default Noise reduction

I am sure this has been answered before. I did a search but came up with nothing...

I put a radio in my 01.5 36v ez go the other day. I first hooked it up to a 12v battery on the drivers side but the battery was bad..Now it is hooked up to two of the carts batteries.....I get static on the radio when I am anywhere between stop and full throttle..Sitting still and full throttle it is clear as a bell...MP3 and cd and blue tooth all work good at anytime...I was wondering if someone could tell me what I need and where to install it to cut that out?

Well, I'm not an expert, but I can tell you that you want to keep the power and antenna and speaker wires to the radio as far away as possible from the controller and the high power wires. That should help isolate the radio from the noise source.

Talking Re: Noise reduction

Are you running an amp or are the speakers hooked directly to your head unit?

No Amp...Hooked to the head unit..Everything is away from the controller...Everything else works fine but the radio..And the radio works fine sitting still or full throttle..Mp3, CD, Bluetooth all work fine at any time..

I would check radio shack for filters.
