Question e z go elec died on the course

E z go elec. quit running on the course...Solenoid seems to be ok as micro switch trips the solenoid...Batteries seem ok also, however two batteries are sweating...and corrosion is apparent..hesitate in getting into the speed control box...all cables are ok and wired correctly....suggestions please

You stated the solenoid still clicks? So you still have power to a point, what is the pack voltage?

Have you checked you solenoid, even though it clicks it does not mean it is good.

NO...not as yet....How do you a test the solenoid other than feeling if the piston is making contact...

Just because a solenoid clicks does not mean it is good can you jumper the 2 large terminals on the solenoid or verify that pack voltage is going thru the solenoid when clicking?
