Question HOT! batteries after charge

After charge is completed and Power Wise charger turns off, batteries are too hot to touch. Water levels fine, cables clean and tight and total voltage 38v+. Brake not engaged during charge and no accessory options on cart. What's going on!

Try not waiting so long between charges. Charging does generate heat, especially on a fast charge. You may be letting them drain too low. If they still get hot, I'd suspect the charger. Try another charger.
