Default Need help with Electric EZ GO!!

I just bought an EZ GO cart from family member. This cart was operating about 6 months ago and was not abused. The batteries were dead when I got it and I repaired the charger with cap replacement and control board. Batteries are now fully charged. I turned on key and unit will not go forward or reverse. The reverse beep does sound off but no movement. I know this is a broad question, but I do not have a manual for this and I am not familiar with this product. Can anyone tell me what I need to check or where I can download a PDF for free. I just need to check a few things and see if the motor has issues or speed control is bad. Maybe a small problem like wiring corroded or a fuse or relay. Please get me in the right direction. Thanks and I look forward to hearing back from somebody that knows this product. The number on the dash is: 27647G01. Ignition is on the dash and direction shift is under right leg. unit is green and tan. Is this a pds? if not what is it. Thanks.

The last 2 numbers of the manufactures code is the year, located inside the passenger side glove box, the 2004 and newer ezgos dont have a serial number plate in the box, they have a serial number sticker under the rear access panel behind the seat, and then on the driverside frame rail below the floor board.

DCS will have a F&R lever behind the driver's knee and a run/tow switch on the enviromental cover on the controller. The backside of the f&R looks round like a hockey puck.

PDS carts will have a Tow/Run switch with toggle switch for F&R on the dash

SERIES carts will have a shift lever like the dcs cart down by your legs, but it will NOT have a tow/run switch. Also the actual F&R switch is in the corner by the controller and there is linkage from it to the lever in the center.....
