Air shocks
Has anyone used air shocks on the front and rear of their cart? would it be a smoother ride?

Re: Air shocks
I have air on the front of mine they are cool cause I can adjust the height however it is hard to say about the ride because I live and ride on dirt roads so everything is rough out here...... plus the lift and 24's dont seem to smooth much out either really just a question of if you want to spend the money or not.

Re: Air shocks
I am in the process of rebuilding my G9 and am using Gabriel HiJackers all around. I have the rear in place and they seem to work pretty well but haven't taken it for a ride yet...still lots to do. When I get off this computer I'll be fabricating the upper mounts for the front. I'll add some more pics to my http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-y...-g9-build.html. Check it out. There is a video on the 2nd page airing up and down the rear. Just click on the pic.

Re: Air shocks
when I put air shocks on cars it makes them ride rougher.
I have them on my 78 camaro on the rear and it stiffened them up. I can just imagine what it does to a golf cart. |
