Default LVS 3648 03 Charger question

I have my EZ Go cart running 6 8volt batterys(yes batterys are good). My 4 yr old LVS 48 volt charger just started NOT charging. When first plugged in the charger gauge kicks up to around 25 to 30 on charger for a minutes or so, then comes back down to 0 @ idle ,then when it kicks back up(the charger gauge) the second time is when is usually starts charging, but it is only kicking back up to around 2 on the charger gauge.. I know the problem is the charger as I borrowed a friends 48 v charger & charge my cart back up... any help to what the problem could be??? I tried calling LVS where we had purchased the charger with ABOSLUTLEY NOOO help!!!!!! just sarcassuim.
I had someone check the charger out, seems like the board may be bad? We ordered the board off LVS site, it comes in dusty, looks used, & is the WRONG board... I sure hope Lisa is straight on this..
But anyone know whom is actually making these chargers or where to get parts?? If not, I would like opinions on whats the best RELIABLE 48 volt charger out there(& can get parts for it). Thanks Very Much

sorry to hear about your LVS charger. I think my LVS 36/48 has the same problem. Luckily I found a Lestronic II on craigslist. From what I hear, LVS's customer service ain't worth do-do. My charger was about 2 years old when it went on the blink. Find a Lestronic II if you can. Good luck, that sucks I know.
