400 amp continuous solenoid
For those of you using a 400 amp continuous solenoid where did you mount it?
I would love to see any pictures if possible. |

Hey Chris, welcome to bgw. the super duty 400a cont. solenoid is big. It will not mount in the holes in the Alltrax controller and the aftermarket bracket nivel sells blocks access to the program cable plug access. I have started making my own adapter mounts for them. You get the idea from the pics below. The solenoid remains in the upright position and you can plug in the serial program cord ~ no problem.

Thanks Scottyb, anyone else have any pictures of their cart upgrades. I have a Alltrax 4855 and a 400 amp solenoid and just looking for different ideas.

I've had to fab up my own brackets as well on both EZGO and Club Cars. Pick a good spot get some aluminum stock if needed and go for it.
