EZGO TXT 48 volt Rebuild`
I am rebuilding a 2006 Series cart and converting it to 48 volts. I am using six 8 volt batteries and a separate 12 volt for lights and stereo. I am eliminating the F/R cam and going with push buttons on the dash. I blasted the frame and repainted it. It was reassembled with all new SS hardware. The cart will be lifted with 12" rims. The body has already been painted and is sitting upstairs. Here are some primer pics. I will explain the mods as I post them. Thanks to Scotty for some great parts for the 48 volt conversion.

Re: EZGO TXT 48 volt Rebuild`
I used that same battery maintainer on a gas cart, it sat for extended times. and I found a nice recessed male AC plug receptacle for it from Hubble. That way any extension cord end just plugged into the cart without lifting the seat ~ it was clean. Lemme know if you need help finding one. PQ motor looks good too, that thing is going to need upgraded brakes
