Help with the year of 2 carts

I know this has been asked many times but I'm having a hard time figuring out the year of a couple of carts. The company I work for has 2 carts on our job site and they need some major attention. We had a little problem the other day and now they want them to be looked at. Before I call someone I want to know at least the year of each one. Can anyone tell me what year these are?

#1 Ezgo
Manuf. code = C402
Serial # = 1472338
has Run / Tow switch
F & R is a toggle in the dash

# 2 Ezgo
Manuf. Code = C402
Serial # = 1473212
F & R is down behind your knee

Any help would be great. I need to get these cleaned up and in good working order again.

Cart 1: Model Year: 2002 Make/Model: Electric TXT Golf Car (PDS)

Just for fututre reference, the last 2 digits of the manufacturer's code will tell you the year.

For example: J1996=My old cart was a 96.

Thanks. This is where I got confused. I knew that I had read it was the last 2 digits but I couldn't remember if it was the code or serial number.
