Default no lights

I turned my key on and the lights came on then went back off like a fuse blew. I'm not quite sure were all the fuses are on this thing. I dont have a manual. I did see 3 or 4 fuses on the driver side under the seat and they all seem fine. None of the lights work. I tried searching on here of a wiring diagram but i didnt understand the ones i have seen. Is this a solenoid maybe or a fuse? What do yall think? Thanks for reading

sorry for the lack of info, it has 6 batteries hooked up pos to neg. its a "4 caddy" thats whats on the side of the cart. On the serial number plate the serial nember is 1079033 manufacturer code is c1098. Its of coarse electric. I dont know how to tell the year. The turn signals dont work either, neither does the horn. The lights are suppose to turn on with the key turned to the next spot past on. But the cart drives fine. Is there any more info that you need? Thank you

Sounds like a 1998 Ezgo cart, maybe with a custom body, is that what it is?
How about some photos of the cart, ignition switch/dash and the area that the fuses are located.

Its not a custom cart. I did look under the front. I didnt see another fuse panel. The dash is all rivets so theres no way to get into it. Although I could unscrew the ignition switch if needed. The problem is i have no power to any of the lights or the horn. So its got to be a regulator or solenoid or a burnt up fuse something. I obviously dont know except theres no power. I had corrosion on my battery terminals so I cleaned them all up. I wonder if the inside of a wire or cable would be corroded. Does anyone know the wires or wires that are for these? I would think there is prob one wire cuz all of them went out at once. They went out while I was driving and I switched the lights to on, using the key is how, and they came on for half second then off. Kind of like a fuse blew. Also I would love to know if there is any way I could modify my cart or the governer(if there is one) to make it faster? Do I need to start another thread for this? I dont want race car fast but if there is any way I could adjust a screw or something I would love to do it?

Josh,

1. You didn't even introduce yourself.
2. You assumed we could guess what model of cart you have.
3. You didn't take the time to research your problem (I may be mistaken, but your initial impression leads me to make some guesses.)

That being said, WELCOME TO BGW!!! You will get lots of help if you are willing to have some patience and take some time to learn about your cart. Sounds like you have either a blown fuse, bad voltage reducer or a short/broken/disconnected wire. Most Voltage reducers are under the seat bolted to the cross member behind your battery pack. There will be 2 wires for full pack voltage (36/48 vdc) and 2 wires with 12vdc output. There may also be a yellow or blue wire that goes to the key switch that is used to turn the reducer on and off to avoid draining your batteries when you aren't using the cart.

I'm going to guess that either a wire was broken or unlugged, or your reducer died. When you are ready for more help, we are here for you.

Do I need to start another thread for this?YES! That is exactly what you should do!

NO and YES! depending on the type of controller you have.

Josh, please take some time and read some of the posts here, there are literally hundreds of people who have already done what you want to do, and they have all got posts here showing how they did it, what parts they used and lots of pretty pics to show off the final product. We aren't hiding anything from you, but you need to do some reading searching on your own, as you have seen there isn't someone here 24hrs a day to hold your hand and show you how to find what you want, that isn't how this works.
