Purchasing batteries for a 36V. What is recommended? What brand and type of battery? I have read lots and lots and lots...

Bell there you have it, both ends of this discussion and pages of arguments.

Re: Battery Purchase
Did you notice any differences with the Costco batteries vs. the older brand you had?

Re: Battery Purchase
Last set were Trojans. Got 5 years from them.
Switched to US batteries and been doing fine since 2019 install. |

Re: Battery Purchase
My Exide GC-145 (6V-245AH) batteries (7x6V - 42V pack) are going on nine years old.
Needless to say, my cart doesn't have the range or performance it had when they were new, but still meets my needs, so I'm putting off replacing them from another year, maybe. Bottom line, get the highest AH batteries you can afford from a local vendor. |

Re: Battery Purchase
Not trying to hijack the thread here, but have not been able to find Trojan T-105s in my area. The two places I called said Trojan was way behind on production due to Covid. Anybody else facing this dilemma?
