Default 3 position key switch wiring.

Christmas present almost done. Please help. I am wiring in the key switch. It has a B1, L, D, I. Can anyone tell me where the wires are supposed to come from. I do not have the original wiring in the cart. I just need to know where eacu wire comes from and where it connects on the key switch. Thanks, David J.

The B1 and L terminals are for the lights. The B (I think you marked it D) and I are for the activation circuit.

Did you figure out that it has 2 separate switch circuits? One for ignition and then a second Switch for lights. There are actually 2 switches. 2 incoming sources and 2 out going loads.

Hope you everyone had a Merry Christmas. Scotty, I looked back into an old email from you and was able to figure it out. I do still have questions though. Is it better to have the first activation for cart power or lights/Radio. I was trying to decide. It seems that cart power would be better on the first circuit or whatever it is called.

Ezgo used them that way first position was for ignition. Second position was Lights and accessories.

Ezgo used a separate supply for each switching leg. You could one supply and a jumper leg.
