Reverse Audio Alarm '89 Marathon
Exactly where is the alarm located, and how can I muffle it?
Thanks... |

Re: Reverse Audio Alarm '89 Marathon
Check the wiring diagram under the sticky at the top of the page. For that year, I think it is mounted next to the FnR...but its been awhile. It is normally black and about an
1-1/2 inch in diameter and about 3/4 of an inch thick. kinda like a mini hockey puck. Two wires coming out the back of it. It is not advisable to disconnect and will catch hell from some senior members. you can try duck tape or zip tie a small sock or cloth over it to muffle the sound. If you have little kids or kids in your neighbor hood or pets...don't do it. Just my 2cents joe |

Re: Reverse Audio Alarm '89 Marathon
Ok, thanks Joe! I just want to quiet it down a bit. No worries with 3rd parties. I just use the cart for nature watching and fetching chores back on my wooded creek property...
