Find a local body shop supply house (Auto paint supplier). They will have all of the rivets you want,. Aluminum, steele, big head, little head, shank lenght, diameter, grips,........

You will also find the reusable push rivets and trim retainers.

I went to advanced auto but they didn't have any 3/16 in size. He called them push pins for interior panels. They wanted 2 dollars for two. Gonna check ebay because I really like the idea of easy removal. Was wondering if they hold tight, compared to actual rivets?

That is the ticket. I bought the "christmas tree" type push ins, the ones that hold the rear fender shields and attach the dash to the front crossmember on a TXT in a 100 pack for $8.50 at my local body shop supply. Local auto parts store wanted $4.00 for 4 of them in the so called "help" section. The body shop supply house will have all sorts of cool things. Well worth looking one up in your area.
