Speed issue?
I have 1993 ez go and replaced all cables with 4 gauge, 400 Alltrax, and cleaned all contacts on F/R switch. Solenoid and motor are stock. Battery pack voltage is 37.2. I removed my half speed reverse wires to the switch and my cart is 2 to 3 times faster in reverse then forward. Anyone have a response to what the reason would be? Thanks Ron

Re: Speed issue?
Where are all of the brain trusts? Is this really a hard question to answer? Could my motor be the problem? I forgot to mention that before I unhooked the 1/2 speed reverse, It operated about the same in both directions.

Re: Speed issue?
I know alltrax says you should always upgrade the solenoid with thier stuff. That said you may need to tweek the run file in the controller. I assume its the programable unit.
Give Alltrax a call tomarrow. |
