1982 ezgo only clicks when hit accel pedal?

i am new to the site and hope this post is done right i picked up an ezgo cart for my wife and kids to have to drive around when they needed it and when i push the pedal down the solenoid clicks but the cart dont go any where batteries got good charge connections r clean i am wondering if wires r in right place but not been able to find a good diagram with solenoid to show where they belong any help or ideas any one has would be a great help thanks

all the wires seem to be correct and i changed the micro switch on the speed control board and replaced the board the solenoid and f/r board is new as well any other ideas?

A broken resistor coil? Thant is a pretty simple cart .... any power coming out of the clicking solenoid... sometimes they click but no juice is going thru them.

i am only getting 24 volt to the solenoid but all 3 batteries read 12 volts i will check the coil i will b putting the 6 six volt batteries its supposed to have in it in a few weeks i am getting new ones then besides the 3 microswitches it has on it and the motor i have replaced all the parts with new ones

The solenoid should have pack voltage in and out of it?
