steering
just got a jacked up golf cart and when moving the steering is fine but when still when wheel is turned left it skips or doesnt catch so the wheel moves and makes a clicking sound but the tires do not move. this does not happen when wheel is turned to the right. is this ok or a problem? if a problem what can be done to fix? thanks
