1998 txt problem
have a 98 txt.. new batteries,new solenoid, rewound motor, new throttle sensor, new micro switch in pedal box....batteries are fully charged... PROBLEM: when you hit the gas, it sometimes goes full and some times goes half speed.. metered at the controller and it will only have 15-18v going to the motor at full pedal and some times it will have 38v and drop to 15v... controller going bad??
