Can PDS controller substitute for DCS with splices

Can I take a PDS controller and install it in a DCS ('96) cart? Adding some new connectors and splices.

No, not do-able. Not enough connections to make it function properly. NO sensor connection.

I see.

Looks like the DCX300 from Alltrax is the best replacement out there right now, the programming capabilities are interesting. But then again, something else to go wrong/screw up.

They are pretty bulletproof.

I seem to remember the DCX 500 can turn that cart into a monster.

"monster cart".... I like the sound of that.

Only if I can install a second key switch to lock it in "granny" mode. This cart is for my 76 year old mother-in-law.
