Heavy duty FnR doesn't fit!!!
I am converting my 97 DCS to Series. I ordered a heavy duty solenoid, and FnR. The original f/R was on the wall by my leg, however the new one is too thick to mount there any advise. I guess I could relocate outside the body and change it from side to side to for and aft like a car shifter?

HD, that series switch is intended and designed to go under the passenger's seat. It would be actuated by a dedicated steel rod running from the handle across half of the battery bay to the switch assembly, which is bolted down to the chassis floor.

Exactly the response I was expecting. "Deal with site sponsors" I thought Plum Quick was a site sponsor. I apologize. You have been extremely helpful with all of my questions in the past. By the way, thanks for the fast shipping on the voltage meter. Didn't think advise was based on making a purchase. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I know, I will call them tomorrow for advise. They have been excellent! (Before and after the purchase.) The reason I went with them.
