Here are the parts in the heavy duty F/R switch I build.
New everything. Studs cam,fiberglass boad, buss bars, nuts and springs. .
Copper bar differance.

I cut my own board material also it's stronger than the orignal.

Assembled.

Here is what happens when you have heat build up from loose connections are bad ends.

Great idea! Are they for sale? Or at least the plans available for others to do the same?

I build them for my carts and have sold a couple to local people around me.
