Default Should I????

Well i found a 97 cart that was in a flood. I already expect to do a 48 volt system so I would be replaceing batts, controller, solenoid, hd f&r, etc.. lookin a picking this thing up cheap! ( 150) is there anything else i can expect to have to replace???? before i jump into this. trying to make sure its worth the trouble. figured it was more cost effective since i wanted to go 48V.

Any cart for $150 is one to get. The electrical system will need to be new, you will probably not need to replace but repair the rest. Clean and repaint he chassis, service brakes, differential, etc.

Do it but be sure to replace everything electrical including all wiring, micro switches, ITS otherwise you may be kicking yourself in the but later when you have ghost show up in your cart and can't figure our what is going on. It will be easier with the cart stripped down to frame for clean up then down the road too.
