Default Wanted to thank everybody for the help With Bad Boy/EZGO

I checked everything I was told, and you all were right, It is the Speed controller- \

I wanted to make sure I was doing it right, and took the cart to a local EZGO dealer- It is nice since EZGO bought Bad Boy, I can take the cart five minutes from my home instead of an hour and a half away in Mid Missouri.

They said the cost of the controller and 1 hour service charge to install it-
Rewiring it with going on an aftermarket would be not financially sound. They
had tried a couple aftermarket controllers and it kept biting them in the Backside, this was before they officially became a Bad Boy Dealer.

Also the story on our EZGO that family doesn't understand the charging procedures and have been killing battery packs.
I told them I was out of the EZGO cooperative and they had to fix it themselves.
My son also stepped in and explained all of the manuals and charging procedures ( that you all supplied me with the ammunition and some still want to argue the freaking manual- somebody he worked with had ONE CART, one time and he knows all about them - it was a gas Harley cart) and to my wife, and How they have screwed up on not charging cart-
We think she gets it

Now BIL is going to get truck batteries from work ( he works where they have large diesels and dump trucks) and install those- Son then tried to explain those batteries are used for two different discharge rates-
the truck batteries are high powered quick discharge to get a motor running and Golf cart batteries are for slow constant discharge

thanks Again
My son's has thought to ask you if that kind of truck starting battery will damage, solenoid, or speed controller-
