Re: another problem???
Make sure you got all the cables and wires back on the batteries before you give up. Can't tell you how many times I thought I had a problem to find out I just left a wire off the battery.

Re: another problem???
Connect or hold the meter leads to the solenoid small terminals, then press the gas, do you get 48v?
If so = solenoid failure. If not activation circuit failure. |

Re: another problem???
Well? Regroup and test the solenoid activation circuit. Make sure you are getting the 48 or 36v needed to activate the solenoid....

Re: another problem???
allright, so i tested voltage coming out of read switch and it was zero, so i bypassed and eliminated old unused charge port and wired b+ directly to micro and still got nothing, at blue wire at other side ofmicro i do have pack volts, and my volt meter that is wired off ignition switch reads pack voltage when key is turned, i'm not sure what is next??? by the looks of things i now have numerous problems, bad read switch and something else, how can that be from just swapping controller, this was not an issue before.

Sorry I was out, but you found it! If it is melted than you may have shorted something out.... Peddle box micro for a TXT..
