37.3V on a 36v system
Thats about all I can get on a full charge.. I let it sit about 12 hours after the charger was on it and then check it.. I get about 37.3-37.5v.. is this ok?

Re: 37.3V on a 36v system
Your batteries are about 75% charged.
Near the end of the charging cycle the charger should be charging at about 44v. How old are your batteries? When it is charging does the charger shut off automatically? |

Re: 37.3V on a 36v system
Check the pack about every hour while charging, note the highest reading..... if it's up where it should be.... your batteries are loosing their ability to take or hold a charge.

Take them back and get new ones. They should have a 1 year replacement on them.

Re: 37.3V on a 36v system
You may have a bad battery or 2, without disconnecting, check the voltage of each battery. They should be 6.37v or better.
