Freedom controller swap worth it?

Okay I have what Im guessing is a 2001 36V Freedom cart and a standard basic 2001 36V ezgo that operates exactly the same(I cant think of the name but it has the standard F/W switch under the seat not on the dash).

My questions are about the controller and anything else that may need swapped with it. I will be selling the freedom cart but would like to swap the controller and batteries into my standard cart(the frame and all is in much better shape). The controller in the Freedom is a g633 1206-5 pin upgrade ITS Throttle Input 36V 350 Amp Controller(from golframa). And the controller in the standard is a Curtis PMC 25864G05. Im pretty sure I should just swap the controller, but I was looking at the solenoid and noticed the one with the freedom cart is a White Rodgers 70-120224-2 coil and the standard carts solenoid is a W-R/RBM 70-120224-5 coil...Why is one a 2 coil and the other a 5 coil or does this even matter? Any other recommendations with this swap would be appreciated. Thanks!
