1998 EZ-GO battery/controller issues
I have a 98 ez-go that has been sitting at the river, unused, for 2 years. I had new batteries put in before I left it there. It went about 50 yds before it died in its tracks. The shop simply said the controller died.... Now years later, I finally picked up the cart and now have bone dry batteries (obviously). Is there a way to test the controller (Curtis 73144G03) before I go buy new batteries? Id rather sell the cart as is instead of dumping more cash into it.

Re: 1998 EZ-GO battery/controller issues
It is worth the same either way. Controller damage is accumulative, whoever buys it is taking a risk on every component in the cart, the front end the rear end the brakes ~ You see what I mean. That is why you will only get about X amount for it.
