solid state 1992 1204 controller
just took apart and rewired cart(still on trailer), also took apart f/r switch and cleaned, now forward goes reverse and reverse goes forward, any one have exploded view of f/r switch so i can see what i did worng, also maybe need to sticky a wiring diagram for this cart because the one i found was on a competitors site

Did you figure out you need to swap your F&R cables at the 9 o'clock with your 3 o'clock location or the motor S1 with S2 to swap Forward with reverse?

will swap the s1 and s2 cables in the morning, it is still sluggish and have to rock the cart in f/r to get going... any other thoughts?

studs are tight, havent got that far in to it yet, thats where i stopped before i brought it from work to the house

after switching s1 and s2 cables, now its going in correct direction just no torque! brushes and maybe a cable upgrade to 4 gauge. will check brushes shortly, is there a way to check them with out pulling the motor? maybe a dumb question

Is the cart rolling freely... can you push it with one hand on flat ground?
