Did you figure out you need to swap your F&R cables at the 9 o'clock with your 3 o'clock location or the motor S1 with S2 to swap Forward with reverse?

will swap the s1 and s2 cables in the morning, it is still sluggish and have to rock the cart in f/r to get going... any other thoughts?

after switching s1 and s2 cables, now its going in correct direction just no torque! brushes and maybe a cable upgrade to 4 gauge. will check brushes shortly, is there a way to check them with out pulling the motor? maybe a dumb question

Is the cart rolling freely... can you push it with one hand on flat ground?
