E-Z-GO charger problem

I have a Ezgo Textron charger model number 26984. The problem I'm having is the charger will not turn off when it should. It appears to be nothing more then a ferro transformer with a full wave rectifier. It looks to be controlled by a circuit board the closes and opens a relay that controls the input AC to the ferro xfmr. Since the relay will not open even when the batteries are past 15VDC or 45VDC on the string I certain the problem has to be with the circuit board. The circuit board number is 19469-G1. Does anyone have a schematic for this board?
