Default What do I have

Hi all, new member here. I have an EZ Go Textron 36volt cart with the number D0398. This is all I can find on the cart and I am hoping someone can tell me what I have.

Thanks
Scott

that will be either a 98 txt or a 98 medalist. if the body is plastic, then it is a txt. tha's about the only diff between the two that year.

You have an ezgo built in March of 98. Is there a toggle switch on top of the controller box located under the seat? If so you have a DCS cart, if not then you have a series cart.

Man that is quick! Yes I do have a toggle switch under the seat that says tow/maintenance and something else, can't recall. Is this the switch you are talking about. Oh and yes it is plastic.

Thanks

Thanks for the help. As of now, we just need to get it running and use it for when we go camping. After that, who knows what will happen. At the moment, we need to figure out if the batteries are bad or if the charger is bad. We have a battery connected directly to a 6 volt charger and trying to figure out if it is going to take a charge or not. Most of the batteries were dry and we have added acid to them so we will see.
