AC vs. DC motor
I saw a new RXV with the AC system in it for $4600. Seems like a good price but I don't know what the advantages/ disadvantages are between the two are. Have the AC systems been out long enough to have the bugs worked out of them?

Re: AC vs. DC motor
the 2010 model year seems to have all the bugs worked out of them. stay away from the 2008 or make really good friends with your local dealer/factory rep.
The biggest advantage to the RXV is the driving range. |

Re: AC vs. DC motor
Thanks Rabbit. Does this use the 12 volt batteries?

Re: AC vs. DC motor
yes it does, but unlike the Precedent model, the AC motor uses those batteries to full advantage. I'm almost scared to think how far a RXV would travel if it ran 8 6's instead of the 4 12's.......
