Enforcer Alarm System
Does anybody have any experience with the enforcer security alarm system? I have been pondering installing one of these for awhile. Was curious of the quality and functionality of the product. Or if anybody else has suggestions for an alarm system that would be much appreciated. Thanks

C'mon Colt. You know this is how we do it in Texas.

Well that is the obvious security. I want the hidden security!

Re: Enforcer Alarm System
I have a whole shelf full of security devices for golf carts (they are not the Enforcer model but similar). They have been collecting dust for more than 5 years now because they were bought by the previous mechanic at the shop where I work. Every single one that he installed on a cart I ended up having to remove because they eventually faiiled and left the cart owner stranded with a non functioning cart. One of the biggest issue I experienced with them was battery failure in the remotes, which for some reason would cause the system to activate and de-activate at random while the cart was in use.....

Re: Enforcer Alarm System
Colt I think a hidden switch somewhere on the cart would be just as good, it would be like a secondary key switch, could be wired inline.

Re: Enforcer Alarm System
Rabbit- thanks for the wonderful information. I guess if I wanted to do it right I need to look at a quality alarm system like a viper or something along those lines.
Mark- I am not worried about the theft situation but will be installing a kill switch anyways. I am still trying to get it as close as possible to her charger which has an alarm system. I guess I'm trying to take this to far. Lol |
