just from tinkering with my buddys cart if you are sure that u have all the wires hooked up the way they are supposed to then you should at least hear a click when you press the pedal if you dont hear the click jump the solenoid with the key turned on and a direction chosen (makesure u know whitch way you want to roll ) press down on the "gas" pedal... if nothing even after jumping the solenoid check to make sure that the batteries are wired correctly, next check the connection to the key on the back to make sure the wires are being bridged and that the circuit is complete this can be done with a ohm meter or cheap multimeter, if that doesnt work check to see wether your accelerator pedal assembly is working correctly that all connections are tight and that nothing is burnt, if it still doesnt go its either the controller or the motor these fine men here can tell you how to test the motor! hope this helped

Before you blow more stuff, take your cart somewhere and pay the diagnostic fee to find out what is wrong. Then someone on here can probably guide you through replacing the "right" part(s). I have found through personal experience sometimes you have to swallow your pride and get help, to get you going in th right direction. It is ok to get suggestions on here, but taking it to a shop where someone with the right tools and skills can determine what is wrong, then we can help you fix it. Can save you a lot of time, money, frustration and yes, embarassment, when you have to tell your spouse you blew another controller on your golf cart swapping partsthat someone told you to swap without seeing the cart.....LOL
