Default New Build 2001 TXT Limo Project!!!

Ahoy folks! finally convinced the war department, "WIFEY", to give the green light on my Limo Cart Project! My buget is 10K and I hope to be done in 6 weeks! I found what I think is a steal on a factory 2001 shuttle for $3500 which seems to be in good shape. That leaves me $7500 left for mods....
Going 72 Volt, Assasin torque motor, 700 amp controller. I have already ordered those from PQ so just playing the wait game now... In the mean time theres plenty to do. will be running 20" car wheels and tires, custom paint, and a killer 20 speaker sound system. I will be posting pictures as I progress and as of now i'm about a week into the build, well break down lol

By the way have a few items that will nolonger be needed like the curtis 36v 400 amp controller and solenoid, the factory extra long top, and front axle assembly. PM me or email me @ customcartsbynephew@gmail.com if interested. Will make anyone a fair deal. hopefully those will off set some of my cost. Thx.

Might want to check your math a bit... If the budget is 10k and you spent 3500 for the cart, that leaves you 6500 for the mods.... Just didn't want you to over spend and REALLY get the better half mad at you....

Sounds like an awesome build though!

So after the seemingly long wait for my Assasin Motor it finally arrives today! A huge smile on my face UNTILL i take it out of the box! Sure enough it was clearly damaged in shipping! The S1 and S2 terminals were completely buggered up. My guess is that it was either dropped or it was layed on its side and something else was stacked on top of it! Called Robby and of corse there gonna take care of it. He was just as much pissed off about it as I was! It sure sucks to have to wait another freakn week! Seems every custom part ive ordered has had an issue!
