DCX came on and now it won't.

Got everything hooked up it's all perfect. Controller led came on, hit the gas pedal and now it won't come back in period.

Now it's coming on. When you press gas it blink red 6 times like a under voltage. I have 37.6 volts in my pack that should be plenty to spin the tires with them up off the ground.

recheck all your connections. then clip the test leads to the B+ and B- on the controller and press the accelerator and let us know what the voltage is on those 2 posts with the pedal down.

PS. This would be easier if you mounted the controller right side up lmao......

Alright I will do that tomorrow. I am done for the night. I got aggravated. When you initially press the pedal it blinks 7 times and if you hold the pedal down it blinks 6 times.

Sounds like it is trying to give you a fault code. You have the mini-manual with the troubleshooting guide and all the LED fault codes in it?

Yes sir. 6 lights is under voltage, 7 is over voltage.

That's a new one on me...... When it first powers up, do you get the ezgo ITS signal (4 green) and then a solid green?
Then you push the peddle and get 7 red? Is that what's happening? If so...
Is the cart on the charger?

If the 7 initial blinks are green, that is telling you the throttle is set for Club Car 5k-0 3 wire throttle.

If the 6 blinks are red, that is telling you that you have an undervoltage situation.

I will have to check tomorrow. The 6 blinks are red. I do get a solid green light for sure but will have to check how many blinking greens there are upon start up. Not sure if it matters but I put the negative on my pack and positive on my motor with the dvm and got 37.5v there too. What confuses me is that the cart ran great before.......?

Scotty the cart is not on the charger.

Okay at start I get 4 green blinks then solid green. When I press the pedal it drops from 37.2v to about 20.0v and blinks red 6 times.

Also my reverse buzzer does not work?
