controller and throddle control question.
Today I lucked into a junk E-Z-GO electric cart! I have no clue of model or year. I am wondering if the controller can be used in place of my bad one? The original on my cart is a Curtis 1205 with a 0-5K pot control. The one I removed from the junk cart is ( I believe ) a Curtis 1206 with ITS control. My question is, can I use my 0-5K pot instead of the ITS? If not, can the ITS box be mounted in any position, or does it have to sit horizontally like it is now? Thanks a bunch guys, I'm just trying to get my cart useable until I can do all my upgrades properly!
