Default I think my batteries starting to go?

I have a set of 2008 Trojan T-105's in my ezgo. They have played about a million rounds of golf on a course in South Florida for the last 3 years. They seem to be well taken care of, water is good, no corrosion, and they all test out to 6.3V or better for a pack total of 38.3 on a full charge.

Problem is, After a short run, they are way down below 70% My neighbor has new batteries, (everything else the same as mine) and he keeps on going and going and going while I notice a pretty good drop in speed and torque after a while. They bounce right back up on the charger, but just seem to go dead faster than they used to.

I think it's about that time...

Shorter run time is a result of the battery not being able to store as much amperage as it once could.

Not yet. I'm still kicking around the 48V idea. These are still getting me around, I'd say they still have a few months of usable life.

I'm going to get my controller and charger first, then pick up batteries last and change it all at one time....if I go 48.
