Default Want To Upgrade Horn

I have a 36v cart and would like to upgrade my horn. I saw some of you have installed air horns and one thread mentioned using a 12v horn. I don't know if I want to go with air horns. Are there any good 36v horns that are loud and easy to install. I hate using my horn because it sounds so weak. Any suggestions are appreciated including 12v ones.

Use three 12V horns connected in series.
Pick horns with low, mid and high pitches for a melodic sound.

ahhh the 1996 cadillac deville horns. I think we called em the a note and b note but either way there is a high and low tone that gives it that hefty freight train sound probably like 35 bucks for the 2 of them together. they are not too loud but have a great tone and will make anyone jump when you press that little button. on a side not you can get them air horns around the same price

Yes, but you only want to tap into 12v, either use a reducer or just pull from two batteries , or install a separate 12V battery for use on your accessories.

I use the single factory horn from a 2010 Ford Focus. Good tone as it is designed to be a single unit and loud.....wired to two 6 volt batteries. Scares the crap out of the wife every time......lol
