Default 700 Amp Controller ???

Does anyone know of a 72 Volt 700 amp (or higher) controller that is made for or compatible with the ezgo ITS throttle input???? Thx in advance. My problem now is i was sold a 0-5k controller that does not work well with my setup.

I went with an FSIP controller from Scottyb and they have an adapter.

ITS is not the best throttle input for that high voltage. The reason that control is 0-5k is because a 0-5k is the best throttle input for that size control. It would be simple enough to convert your cart to a potentiometer.

Check out the new SPM Alltrax controllers. A 500 amp will perform better than an Axe 650. After thinking about it, I think they have a bigger 72v controller than 500 amp. Get with Scottyb.

No problem, here's my solution. It's sort of outside the box so maybe ramblin'wreck will elevate me to sainthood if i get banned for multiple accounts later

Change the ITS peddle box out with a gas peddle box for the same TXT cart. Now you have a peddle that pulls a cable..
The potentiometer has one short fall, they can not tolerate water... So get you a bicycle brake type cable of whatever length you need and mount the potentiometer anywhere that looks high and dry in the battery compartment and run the cable to the pot arm & the 2 input wires to the control....

that is outside of the box thinking Scotty.. sounds like a good idea. Im pretty decent at fabricating so ill give it a shot. Its a limo cart so ill try to stash it somewhere in the seat pod.

I haven't had reason to test this but it is good in theory
Post up some pics of the project... let me know if you can't find a gas peddle box, you may just need the guts, not the box itself.
