Default new motor

i wanted to make my cart faster.... i guess i will get a new motor...am i going to need a new controller and solonoid...i dont no too much about it

4 gauge or larger wiring is the first thing you need. You will also need an HD F/R if it is a series cart. Then get a controller and solenoid. Depending on how big the controller is, then finally you get the motor. You can get everything from scotty b but the motor, which you can get your old one rebuilt by plum quick.

well i just want it like a little faster...and when i stop it has slow acceleration...but its not too bad..any ideas

A new motor wont do anything without an upgraded electrical system and controller. It's better to have an upgraded controller and stock motor.

Also buy an HD F/R and 4 gauge cables, this guy sells all off it. I would get the 400 amp alltrax or the 500 amp FSIP. When you replace you're batteries you might just want to get 6 8 volt batteries and convert the cart to run on 48 volts. The only thing additional you will need is a charger.

OK, but your cart is a resistor coil cart right?? you don't have a controller in your cart now, you have to change a few more things than just a controller, and
it is a good time to go 48v,
