Default 1995 EZGO Medalist lift

So have a basic electric cart with the basic motor. I live in fl and don't off road or have any hills to deal with. I'm cruising at about 10mph now, what would have to be upgraded in order to put in a 6" lift, and 12" wheels, and tires. What would I gain in speed?

Lastly, what lift is the best value for the money and which sponsor has the best deal on 12" rims and tires?

Nothing needs to be upgraded, although the cart should go faster than 10 mph, you might have bad batteries or worn brushes, F/R, and/or cables. If you are lifting only to gain speed, it will only add an extra 1 mph or so if the cart is only going 10 mph. Look at all of the sponsors, I would go for a drop axle lift because long travel are pricey and spindle lifts widen the front and cause rubbing issues with big tyres because of an increased scrub radius.

Who do you recommend I get with for the F/R parts? Budgetwise I'm open but want to eventually sell this cart so have to keep things under control.

If you need to sell it i'd stay away from a new controller. major coin that you'll never get back out. If you want it quicker a new controller is the best way to gain speed and torque, though.
