Re: 94 ez-go troubleshooting....
The black shrink tubing just makes it look like it's connected to the center terminal in the picture. I had to clean my glasses and dust off the screen to see it right.
(Good picture though, just lighting and angles playing tricks on old eyes) I'm not sure what the layout on that switch is, but the Red and Blue wires should be on the "C" terminal and the Yellow wire should be on the "NC" terminal. If the solenoid clicks when up jump B+ to the terminal with Yellow wire attached, there's an open in the Key-Switch/interlock circuit someplace. Do you have a schematic to trace it out on? If not we might be able to find one. |

Re: 94 ez-go troubleshooting....
Maybe you are not getting any power into the Pot micro?
Quote: "solenoid didn't click so i jumped it(small post to main +) and the cart drove fine" You could by pass all the F&R micros. Run the key switch wire to the pot micro and she will run just fine. |

Re: 94 ez-go troubleshooting....
Yep,
the yellow wire is good. Just the angle on the picture made it look like it was in the middle. This is your wiring schematic. Like we said if you jumped the solenoid out and it ran you have something in the ignition wiring not closing. |
